Our supervision services include:
- Site Handover and Preparation of working drawings: Checking and approval of the Contractor’s shop drawings.
- Review of Contractor’s Implementation Schedule.
- Construction Management.
- Supervision of Construction Works: We provide the necessary staff to be employed during the period of implementation. Supervise all operations and ensure that the work is carried out in a proper workmanship in accordance with the contract documents.
- Advice to the beneficiary/Client on progress of works.
- Inspection and testing of works.
- Reporting/Meeting: We keep the Beneficiary/Client continually informed on the progress of the works, and all the budgetary and financial matters pertaining to the project by submitting monthly progress reports (information on measurements of works executed, equipment and material supplied to site, quality tests on earthworks, concrete works, construction materials and equipment, labor force, variation orders and photographs recording the progress of work) and Final Report (Final hand-over).
- Delivery of “As-built” Drawings.
